2023THE KAYMAK STORY
The brothers Ömer and Mehmet founded KAYMAK in 1958.
Three masters taught the brothers Ömer and Mehmet how to make yoghurt, cream, ice cream and lokma. Their two families worked side by side for forty years. Ali Hüseyin has run KAYMAK since Ömer transferred the business to him in 2023. Today, Ali also makes lokma at KAYMAK.

Ali Hüseyin
In 2023, Ömer transferred the business to Ali Hüseyin, whom he loved like a grandson. Ali now runs KAYMAK with the same care.

Complete the bulk form with the request type, group size, date and products. Ali reviews the request on WhatsApp.
Where can I check my order code? +
Use the box in the visit section with the full KYM code or the 6-digit short code. The same number appears in Ali’s ledger.
Is there allergen information? +
A product may show milk, nuts, sesame or possible gluten. The note follows the product family, not a lab test. Ask Ali before you buy.
Can I print today’s counter? +
The print button on the products page lists what is on the counter and on sale today. Hidden items are left out.
Are you open on Sunday? +
The shop is closed on Sundays. Monday–Saturday 09.30–21.30. A special day is written on the announcement ribbon.
