Privacy and data use
This site shows KAYMAK products, current availability and contact options. It stores only order and bulk-request records, plus short-lived technical digests that limit abuse. Usage analytics are not collected.
Operational records
When you create an order request, the products and quantities, language, preferred collection time, optional note, source code if present and request code are recorded. A bulk request records the request type, headcount, date, product groups, language, note, source code if present and request code. Both records also store the request status and created and updated timestamps. The forms do not ask for a name, email address or telephone number. The site does not take payment. An order is final only after Ali confirms it on WhatsApp. This version does not automatically delete these request records.
Optional usage analytics
This version does not record page views, clicks or product browsing. Analytics consent is not requested and no tracking cookie is stored.
Security and abuse prevention
To protect request endpoints from automated abuse, connection and browser information may be transformed on the server into a short-lived SHA-256 digest. The raw IP address is not stored in the application database. The digest stops being used after about two hours. Its expired row is deleted later when a request triggers clean-up or when the administrator runs the clean-up action.
Hosting and third parties
The site is hosted as KAYMAK’s own web application. WhatsApp, efood, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and the optional ChatGPT link are separate services whose own terms apply when opened.
Retention, choice and deletion
Order and quote records are not deleted automatically in this version. Your product list stays in your own browser and is removed when you clear site data. Because usage statistics are not kept, there is no analytics preference panel.
